Our Commitment

We do not sell or share your personal information.

SIXFOURFOUR does not sell personal information to third parties, nor do we share it for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. This page explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and how to submit a request.

01

About This Page

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives California residents the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. This right applies even if a business does not currently sell or share personal information — businesses must have a mechanism in place for residents to exercise this right.

This page serves as that mechanism for SIXFOURFOUR. If you are a California resident, this page explains what we collect, confirms we do not sell or share your data, and tells you how to submit requests to exercise your rights.

Not a California resident? You still have rights regarding your personal information. Please see our full Privacy Policy for information applicable to all visitors.

02

What Personal Information We Collect

Over the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California residents who have submitted a project inquiry:

  • Identifiers — name, email address, phone number
  • Commercial information — services interested in, budget range, project description
  • Internet activity — IP address, pages visited, browser type (collected automatically via hosting infrastructure)
  • Professional information — company name, job title (if provided)

We collect this information only to respond to project inquiries and to improve our website. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under CPRA (e.g., Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health data, biometric data, or precise geolocation).

03

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information

SIXFOURFOUR does not, and has not in the past 12 months:

  • Sold personal information to any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration
  • Shared personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Used personal information collected from you to build advertising profiles or target you with ads on other platforms

We share personal information with service providers (such as our form platform, Tally, and website host, Framer) only as necessary to operate our website. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.

Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is currently no action needed on your part to opt out. However, you can still submit a formal opt-out request below for your records.

04
